How long do you estimate the project will take to complete and what is the expected timeline for each phase of the project?The estimated project duration is based upon the work we will be completed. But, you can request a detailed timeline that outlines the completion dates for each phase, from foundation to finishing.

How will you keep me updated on the progress of the project and who should I contact if I have questions or concerns during the project?We will provide regular progress updates through both emails and scheduled meetings. For any questions or concerns, you can contact Erick Cabrera, our project manager, at any time.

5. How do your billing and payment processes work is there a payment schedule that I need to follow?You do not pay upfront, we request half after the first completed day of work. Then the second half after the job has been completed

6. Do you offer any warranties on the work you do?Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on our construction work. If any issues arise due to workmanship or materials during this period, we'll address them promptly.
